It is not our Bufinefs at prefent to enter into the Merits of this Affair By turning to the Remark at therend of \the Supplement to this Treaty the Reader will find, that it was not confirmed by that of At'x la Chapel/e; whence it rfollows, that by th Treaty of Utrecht in 1713, which 19 confirmed in the iiid'article Of the Treaty at Aix [a Chapelle.
