<p>This book was born on the Docklands Light Railway during my daily commute to Canary Wharf, London.&nbsp; Every day I wrote whatever came to me and posted those words on Facebook.&nbsp; Friends liked what I wrote; they said my words had an authenticity and that my words helped them.</p>

<p>With Love was written during six months of commuting and is for you.&nbsp; A page for every day of the year.&nbsp; The words are presented to you in the sequence in which they came to me.&nbsp; My belief is that these words came to me in this sequence for a reason and that&rsquo;s why I&rsquo;ve shared them with you in the way that I have.</p>

<p>I&rsquo;ve been blessed to enjoy the support of many outstanding mentors, speakers and writers as I&rsquo;ve experienced my life journey; this book is just one way I am paying forward their support.</p>
