Ming Lee and Yang know they can handle a boat. They know they can catch fish. But in their remote village in China, only men can fish. They must stay at home and manage their grandma's store.

And then the hurricane rips through their area, and everything changes. Their father's boat is lost at sea, and the men of the village are too afraid to go looking for him.
