Yet the writer feels that there are many who will welcome a discussion of social betterment which does not lead up to a socialistic conclusion.<br><br>In educational and religious circles, in women's clubs and philanthropic associations, there is a deep interest in the question of the regeneration of society, but a distrust of the many Short-cut methods presented as panaceas.
