The book covers the topic of supply chain planning and focuses on the process of IBP using the example of multinational beverage company Coca-Cola HBC. As the company experiences the modernization of the software supporting the planning processes, the research is aimed at developing recommendations for smooth implementation of the new advanced planning system, so that the core processes of IBP will not be jeopardized. The book contains the description of IBP based on literature review and interviews with software providers, the analysis of IBP processes in Coca-Cola HBC, and the recommendations for the successful implementation of the new advanced planning system.
