<p>Trying to spin the magic of lemons to lemonade - or the even more ambitious lemon meringue pie - is clearly not working.&nbsp; Lainey Evans, saddled with what she believes is a vanity plate reject, (JEL-EEE), has become a magnet for ridicule. &nbsp; It doesn&rsquo;t help that she works in a diner. &nbsp;</p><p>While she loves her job, she also knows there&rsquo;s more for her in the bigger scheme of life. But despite countless continuing education classes, she hasn&rsquo;t found her niche. &nbsp;</p><p>As the fate of the diner becomes an issue, she&rsquo;s pushed into uncertainty with her next step.&nbsp; Was the license plate some kind of cosmic joke?&nbsp; And, are all those cryptic messages other vanity plates, now screaming at her, telling her something?</p>
