<p>In these twelve tales, good friends go on an unexpected journey of discovery to Sweden at Midsummer, a young girl explores her love of the dark, a group celebrates an unusual anniversary and a woman is faced with past trauma attending her best friend&rsquo;s funeral. &ldquo;Boldly Into Darkness Go&rdquo; invites the reader to take a journey into their lives and dig a little bit deeper, to see what&rsquo;s beneath the surface.</p><p>Some of the characters have their own &ldquo;coming out&rdquo; journey to make, some stories are sad and pensive, others angry and fraught, some are even a little bit wild and wicked. The overriding theme is love in all its guises; romantic, family and self-love, but the stories also touch upon the complex issues of fear, jealousy, sexual politics, control, revenge and loneliness.</p><p>After years of living with a surname that no one outside of Sweden could spell or pronounce, Anna Maria Esps&auml;ter is publishing her fiction writing under the pen name AM Hellberg Moberg.&nbsp; She is a multi-lingual writer, whose career and travels have taken her to over 90 countries and into over 20 books (she writes in English, Swedish and Spanish,) focusing on travel, gastronomy and&hellip; cats.</p><p>Her first book as AM Hellberg Moberg, &ldquo;How Pat Got Her Five Cats &ndash; A Tale For Cat Lovers&rdquo; was released internationally in May 2019, complete with illustrations by talented artist Dani Bergson. &ldquo;Boldly Into Darkness Go&rdquo; is her first published collection of short stories.</p><p>These twelve tales blend together the author&rsquo;s Swedish heritage and love of Latin America, coupled with her years of London living.
