Project management is a worldwide discipline and in recent times has become a topical issue in diverse of literature, leading to more research in that perspective. However, it appears that there is lack of consensus among stakeholders on the practices in the Ghanaian Building Industry(GBI). This book therefore, establishes the understanding of the status of professional project management practices in the GBI.
