The bulk of this book was created in 1997 ' 1998 via automatic writing in the dark with my eyes closed.&nbsp;&nbsp; When I would wake up in the middle of the night I would write down what was presented to me on paper on the floor beside my bed with a pen or pencil from my nightstand. It&nbsp; is hard to believe but that is what happened to me.</p>
