This internship report exposes in a simple and operational way the implementation of the tools of public marketing in a public organization by leaning on the particular case of the IEF-Pôle Régional. The mission of this work is to propose a new approach in the management of this organization. The aim is to improve the quality of service and to consolidate the image conveyed by this institution.
