Given the importance of medical treatment interventions to all humanity in improving the level of well-being and the minimization of death rates; this work established the demographic factors hindering older people from taking medical treatment, the relationship between anxiety and older people's medical treatment refusal, other psychological factors that hinder older people's medical treatment, the effects of older people's medical treatment refusal and strategies to encourage older people take medical treatment. Counseling, health awareness and poverty alleviation were established as strategies to encourage older people take medical treatment.
