AS a duly founded colonization pueblo, the Villa of San Felipe de Alburquerque enjoyed the prior and paramount right to such amounts of water Within its limits, both underground and surface, as were necessary to meet the needs of its in habitants.<br><br>Point III. The City of Alburquerque is the successor in interest of the Villa of San Felipe de Alburquerque and as such, is eu titled to all of its rights.<br><br>Point IV. The pueblo water rights of the Villa of San Felipe de Albur querque, to which the City Albuquerque is the successor, are protected and exist today.<br><br>Point V.
