<p>The Nebraska Writers Guild presents How it Looks from Here: Poetry from the Plains, a collection of twenty-seven poets who share their insights, dreams, visions, and everyday lives in the way only poets can do. The poems nestled within these pages reflect the heart and the depth of Nebraskans, and even a few non-Nebraskans.</p><p>The Nebraska Writers Guild is one of the oldest organizations of its kind in the country. The Guild strives to support and create a community for writers of all styles and genres. Guild members are scattered across the country and continue to carry forth the creative traditions of native Nebraskans, and charter Guild members, like Bess Streeter Aldrich, John G. Neihardt, and Willa Cather.</p>
