<p><em>The Brown Book &ndash; On Nourishment</em>, is the space of&nbsp;change. This place within us, and surrounding us, where&nbsp;everything that has the potential to become something,&nbsp;can be nourished.I imagine this space of change to be like a dark brown&nbsp;field of fertile soil. A moist earth providing us with&nbsp;the optimal conditions to plant something. We enter&nbsp;it when we place a wish, a thought, an idea, a seed of&nbsp;something that is not concrete yet, but something that&nbsp;could become manifest, if it receives the right nourishment;&nbsp;of focus, of will, of feelings, of water, of time, of&nbsp;minerals and whatever it should need. In this protected&nbsp;space, we are nourishing changes all the time, be it&nbsp;consciously or not. This book reminds us to be aware&nbsp;of this, and take responsibility for nurturing the changes&nbsp;we genuinely want to see. This means that the space of&nbsp;change is also the space of patience, because change&nbsp;takes time.&nbsp;When we look at nature, it contains cycles of nourishment, of time passing in space that allows something to&nbsp;grow and become &ndash; or be dried out, forgotten or even&nbsp;destroyed before it becomes manifest.&nbsp;I believe that these cyclical processes seen in nature&nbsp;are also how lives, thoughts, ideas, projects, and wishes&nbsp;are manifested: That things take time to grow, and if&nbsp;planted at the right time and place, and nourished in a&nbsp;proper way, they will become something. This patience&nbsp;and connection to knowing the right time, place and&nbsp;Nourishment to make anything happen is therefore also&nbsp;how we work as people. Things that are to become,&nbsp;take time. This book is thus also a space of patience, of&nbsp;something that is growing to one day exist.&nbsp;</p><p><em>The Brown Book &ndash; On Nourishment</em> is the 9th bookin the series &lsquo;Colour Spectrum of 11 Spaces&rsquo;, which&nbsp;consists of Calligraphic Manuscripts, handwritten books&nbsp;created between 2011 and 2015. It is the book of giving&nbsp;and receiving and connecting to that cycle of creating&nbsp;to which we all belong, the deep dark depths of the soil&nbsp;that hold the remains of that which was, that which is,&nbsp;and that which will become.It reminds us of the rules that belong to the process of&nbsp;becoming, and is a call for us all to take responsibility&nbsp;for the times to come, and start creating the change we&nbsp;want to see in the world by nourishing &ndash; first our ideas,&nbsp;then our concrete definitions of what they could be,&nbsp;taking the Genuine actions towards the wishes and actions&nbsp;that&nbsp;will build the world as we genuinely want it to&nbsp;be &ndash; for ourselves, for us all, and for the ones that are to&nbsp;come.
