This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th International Conference on Scalable Uncertainty Management, SUM 2022, which was held in Paris, France, in October 2022.<p>The 19 full and 4 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 25 submissions.
