This book is full of recipes and suggestions for all occasions, there&rsquo;s no need to feel like the awkward eater at a table, the tricky FODMAP guest that makes people&rsquo;s heart sink, when you tell them what you can&rsquo;t eat. This is food for everyone, &lsquo;normal&rsquo; and &lsquo;freaky&rsquo; eaters alike. Some recipes are vegan, some dairy-free, some vegetarian but all low-FODMAP and gluten-free.<br />
By sharing our experiences of a busy family life twinned with a heavily restricted diet, Our House For Tea will help make cooking from scratch less of a chore and something to be enjoyed. All these recipes have been cooked and photographed at our house and subsequently eaten for our family teatime.
