Pakistan is the country that has been most affected by the fallout of the September 11, 2001 incident. The international "War on Terror" has caused more suffering, cruel deaths and sanguine destruction to the people of Pakistan than any other country in the world. The menace of terrorism has had a debilitating impact on the body polity and the social fabric. Instability has been on the rise, and more militant groups are targeting the state.
