The key is learning to lead by example and use your God-given responsibility to encourage, teach, and shepherd others (and not to micro-manage them).</p><p><br />
In this study, you will learn that leadership is not reserved for a special few, and how you can start leading from where you are, in your current circumstances. You&rsquo;ll discover biblical and modern-day examples of leadership&mdash;both good and bad&mdash;and how to model your own leadership after Jesus Christ.</p><p><br />
