The most essential journey we will ever take is the inner one, which through interfacing with our pain, awakens us and has enormous potential to heal us. This journey elevates our experiences as well as the challenges we encounter throughout our lives, to a completely new dimension.

By getting to know ourselves through our pain and through living in awareness and consciousness, we enter the gateway through which we reach the blissful place of self-acceptance and self-love. This is our birthright. It is the most natural and authentic way to connect deeply with our cosmic soul where we each play a unique and integral part.
