Though prophetic in nature the author does not claim they are specific prophetic words from the Lord, though some readers may find them so.</p><p> The readings firstly begin to explain the barriers that separate God from his creation. Ongoing readings explain how God, through the cross, has removed the barriers and offers reconciliation and new life.</p>
