After the previous summer, Moira and the twins want nothing more than to return to their normal lives. Brody seems determined to date every girl he sees, while Moira faces several new challenges; a move to Cape Cod, a new school, an overeager first date, an identity crisis - does she want to be a witch, or doesn't she?
