Links to YouTube videos show one dancer in the group demonstrating each dance. The dances are original, folk-inspired, and contemporary, and they focus on one of the few ways anyone and everyone can engage in movement while simultaneously having fun and interacting with others.</p>
<p>The online videos visually show how to perform the moves. The written choreography for each dance is presented in <i>Dancing for Fun</i> to match the dance exactly with the music.
