<p>One thing that you can say about military life is that it is different. Here one day, half-way around the world the next. So, you do get to travel, maybe not first class... but travel.</p><p><br></p><p>Sometimes the duty is hard, sometimes not so much. My biggest learning experience was that if I kept my sense of humor, there was never a location or a situation that didn't have a lighter side.</p><p><br></p><p>This little offering is a collection of snapshots of my and my sailor's journey through that life, starting from the time that I was born-into a military family-until I retired from my own service of over thirty-five years.</p>
